In this final video in the New Year New You free series, Ken talks about habits. The sum of all your habits is what will make you who you are in the life. Ken discusses the "habit loop" from the book "The Power of Habit" by Chares Duhigg. Ken mentions the four steps of the habit look being the cue, the craving, the routine and the reward. A person needs to be self-aware and do their self-assessments as mentioned in the prevous vidoes in order to break oneself of bad habits.
